Just to add on to some additional things I’ve been working on for my PuzzleScript research. One of the things that I’m trying to do is to somehow simulate a playthrough of the various games automaticaly. In other words, creating an AI-bot of some kind.

So far, I’ve implemented a fairly simple breadth-first-search (BFS) AI-bot that can pretty much play any PuzzleScript game and attempt to solve it. It works well for simpler games. Some games involving large search spaces tend to take too long to solve. I’ll be taking a look at implementing other kinds of simulators and perhaps optimizing them as I go along. However, this is where it’s at for now.
